These are the competitive tiers of German women's football. Most international players land somewhere in the middle - Regionalliga or Mittelrheinliga. That's full-season football with real club infrastructure.

Some players may be taken on by FC Köln directly. Others continue through the International Talent Pathway, where FC Köln’s contacts help find the right club.

If you want to stay.
The camp is 10 days. After that, there are two ways it can go.
FC Köln International Talent Pathway
1-3 months in Cologne. You train daily, build your level, and start connecting with clubs - sometimes during the pathway, sometimes after. Visa, housing, and insurance are handled. The goal is a German club that fits your level.
Direct integration into FC Köln
Players who are good enough can be integrated directly into FC Köln's women's teams - U19, U21, or first team. Not guaranteed, but the opportunity is there.
