Who's evaluating you.
1. FC Köln conducts and evaluates every session. Recommendations are made to clubs across the Frauen-Bundesliga, Regionalliga, Mittelrheinliga, and Landesliga.
These are the competitive tiers of German women's football. Players are recommended by level, position fit, and club need.

Apply
Submit your footage. Every application is reviewed by 1. FC Köln and Warubi coaching staff.

Invitation
Selected players are contacted directly to confirm participation.

Come to Cologne
Five days of training and evaluation conducted by 1. FC Köln. Player profiles are shared with partner clubs across the German women's pyramid.

Next steps
Top performers may progress directly into 1. FC Köln (U19, U21, or first team). Others continue through the International Talent Pathway, where 1. FC Köln connects players with clubs across the Bundesliga, Regionalliga, and Mittelrheinliga.

After the evaluation.
The evaluation is five days. Based on level and fit, players follow one of two pathways.
Direct integration into 1. FC Köln
Selected players may be integrated into 1. FC Köln's women's teams - U19, U21, or first team - based on coaching staff recommendation.
1. FC Köln International Talent Pathway
One to three months in Cologne. Daily training at 1. FC Köln facilities while placement discussions continue with partner clubs across the German pyramid. Visa, housing, and insurance handled.
